Flat end nose studs in D shape and C shape stay put without a screw or ball on the inside, so nothing rubs or catches inside the nostril. Available in silver and gold PVD in 18G (1.0mm) and 20G (0.8mm), the two standard nostril gauges. For a hoop look, our 18G and 20G hinged segment clickers also fit a nostril piercing.

What gauge is a nose piercing?
UK nostril piercings are most often 18G (1.0mm), with 20G (0.8mm) common for finer studs. Check the gauge of your current jewellery or ask your piercer, then match it on the product page.
What is a D shape nose stud?
A D shape stud is a curved post with a flat end. You push it through the piercing and the curve holds it in place, so there is no ball or L bend inside the nose. It is the most comfortable everyday style and the easiest to change.
Can I sleep in a titanium nose stud?
Yes. Flat end titanium studs are lightweight with nothing protruding inside the nostril, so they are comfortable to sleep in and can stay in for weeks at a time.
