International Shipping

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Due to our fast processing workflow, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels

We always dispatch orders promptly. However, once the parcel is handed to the postal carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with Royal Mail.

For International Customers:

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation.

Parcels confirmed as lost or stolen are eligible for:

  • Replacement product

Refunds are not issued for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier unless evidence of loss is confirmed.
