Welcome to Oxies Body Jewellery. These Terms of Service govern all purchases of luxury body jewellery, piercing jewellery, and related products through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by the terms below.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of body jewellery, nose rings, septum rings, belly bars, piercing tools, cosmetics, and accessories purchased from Oxies Body Jewellery.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under:
- Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Oxies Body Jewellery
- “You”, “Your” refers to the customer or prospective customer
3. Ordering Luxury Body Jewellery Online
3.1 All product listings (including gold nose rings, cartilage jewellery, and belly bars) are an invitation to treat and not a binding offer.
3.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
3.3 How to Place an Order:
- Add products to your cart
- Proceed to secure checkout
- Confirm delivery address & shipping method
- Accept these Terms
- Complete payment via secure payment processor
- Receive order confirmation & dispatch email
3.4 You may review and correct input errors before final submission.
4. Products
4.1 We sell high-quality body jewellery including:
- Nose rings
- Septum rings
- Belly bars
- Cartilage earrings
- Hypoallergenic jewellery
- Piercing tools and accessories
4.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
5. Pricing & VAT
5.1 All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Prices for luxury body jewellery may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5.3 Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
5.4 If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
6. Payments
6.1 Full payment must be made at checkout.
6.2 We accept all major payment methods listed on our website.
6.3 Orders may be cancelled if payment is not authorised.
6.4 Unjustified chargebacks will result in:
- Reimbursement of chargeback amount
- Payment of third-party bank/processor fees
- £20 administration fee (excluding VAT)
- Reasonable legal recovery costs
7. Delivery & Shipping
7.1 We deliver body jewellery to countries listed in our shipping options.
7.2 Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated).
7.3 Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
7.4 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may request a full refund if goods are not delivered within 30 days (unless a longer period was agreed).
8. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
Applies to consumers purchasing for personal use.
8.1 You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
8.2 For multiple items, the 14-day period begins upon receipt of the final item.
8.3 Cancellation must be made in writing via email or post.

8.5 Refunds will include standard delivery costs and will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of postage.
8.6 Deductions may apply if hygiene seals are broken or items show unnecessary handling.
8.7 Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
8.8 No Right to Cancel If:

9. Product Warranties
9.1 You confirm:
- You are legally capable of entering a contract
- All information provided is accurate
- You can accept delivery
9.2 We warrant that:
- We have legal title to sell goods
- Products match their description
- Products are of satisfactory quality under UK law
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury due to negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of statutory consumer rights
We are not liable for:
- Postal delays
- Supply chain disruptions
- Weather-related issues
- Business losses
11. Order Cancellation
We may cancel orders if:

- Terms are breached
- Supply shortages occur
- Force majeure events (fire, flood, etc.)
You may cancel if we materially breach the contract.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, product descriptions, and imagery remain the intellectual property of Oxies Body Jewellery.

The version published at checkout applies to your order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
