Shipping policy
UK delivery only. Oxies Body Jewellery delivers to UK addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
Cost: standard tracked delivery is £3.25 and free on orders over £25. The free delivery threshold applies to your order total after any discounts.
Dispatch: every order is dispatched within 1 working day of payment, Monday to Friday. You will receive a dispatch email with your Royal Mail tracking link.
Delivery time: most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
Changes and cancellations: contact us within 1 hour of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the delivery address cannot be changed.
Lost parcels: if your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail. Parcels confirmed as lost qualify for a replacement or store credit.
