At Oxies Body Jewellery, we are committed to providing high-quality body jewellery, including nose rings, septum rings, belly bars, and cartilage earrings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 14-day return policy.
This policy applies to customers purchasing within the United Kingdom and internationally.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Products must remain in their original, unopened sterile packaging
- The hygiene seal must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of piercing jewellery where the sterile seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using Royal Mail 48 Tracked or an equivalent tracked and insured postal service.

You must email your tracking number to us after dispatch.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Hygiene & Sterile Seal Policy
Due to the nature of body jewellery and piercing jewellery:
- Items are supplied in sterilised, sealed pouches
- We cannot accept returns if the hygiene seal has been opened
- This protects all customers and complies with UK hygiene standards
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, this policy does not apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A faulty nose ring
- A damaged septum ring
- An incorrect belly bar
- Any defective piercing jewellery
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will offer:
- A full refund
- Or a replacement
Damage caused intentionally (e.g., bent hinges, altered settings, forced closures) will not qualify for refund or replacement.
Allergies & Skin Reactions
While we strive to offer high-quality, hypoallergenic body jewellery, customers are responsible for verifying any metal sensitivities before purchase.
Oxies Body Jewellery is not liable for allergic reactions or skin irritation resulting from product use.
If unsure, please consult a professional piercer or healthcare provider.
Discount Code & Promotional Refund Adjustments
If your order included a discount code:
- Remaining items must still meet the promotional conditions
- If conditions are no longer met, the discount value will be deducted from your refund
Free shipping thresholds are also recalculated based on returned items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is:
- Received
- Inspected
- Approved
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
