Collection: Labrets
Labret studs are the flat-back earrings piercers recommend for helix, tragus, conch, lobe and forward helix piercings. The flat disc sits flush against the back of the ear with nothing to catch on hair, headphones or pillows. Every labret here is ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, sterilised and sealed, so it is nickel free and ready to wear.
Pick from plain balls and discs, CZ stones, shells, stars, hearts and clusters. Most studs are 16G (1.2mm) with 6mm or 8mm bars, which covers the majority of healed ear piercings. Available in silver and gold PVD, in threaded and threadless push-fit styles.
Prices start at £9 and orders over £25 ship free in the UK. Buy 2 to save 25% or 3 or more to save 40%.
What length labret do I need?
A healed helix, tragus or conch piercing usually takes a 6mm bar. Choose 8mm if you were pierced with a longer bar and have not downsized, or if your piercing is still slightly swollen. The bar length is listed on every product page.
Are labret studs good for sensitive ears?
Yes. ASTM F136 titanium contains no nickel, which is the most common cause of irritated or itchy ear piercings. It is the same grade used for medical implants and suits people who react to steel or plated fashion earrings.
Threaded or threadless, which is better?
Threadless (push-fit) tops pull straight out and press back in, which is easier to change at home. Threaded tops screw on and stay put slightly better. Both are secure for everyday wear, so it comes down to preference.
